My Community Mortgage

• 3% down payment on single family residence
• Must be a first time homebuyer
• Homebuyers education certificate required
• Borrower's income can not exceed 100% of area median income or 115% in HUD non-metropolitan areas
• Credit Score of 700 required for Loan-To-Value greater than 80%
• Total Debt to income not to exceed 45%
• Two (2) months of mortgage payments in reserves required
• Mortgage Insurance required on Loan-To-Value greater than 80%
